Executive Sales

About the role

PTCL, a technology company providing integrated ICT and cellular network services in Pakistan, is hiring an Executive Sales role. The position focuses on managing sales targets, supporting the sales team and expanding the retail network in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly sales targets and monitor each team member's daily performance
• Visit sales FSA in the field to improve their throughput and sales pitch
• Mobilise the team to focus on DDS, Kiosk and M1/M2 billings
• Support teams in reaching monthly targets while meeting quality benchmarks
• Distribute territory sales targets across teams and implement sales planning for all PTCL brands in the territory
• Follow up pending orders and coordinate with business operations for timely installations to improve conversion ratios
• Work towards continuous improvement and expansion of the retail network
• Collaborate with trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure policy compliance
• Follow up bill payments for new customers and identify improvements in sales channels
• Conduct sales training and awareness sessions, including on newly deployed FF areas and the GPON area

Required profile

• BBA, BSc, Engineering or equivalent degree
• 2 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution
• Excellent business understanding
