About the role
World Bridge Technologies is seeking an experienced Cold Caller to join its on‑site team in Johar Town. The role focuses on outbound calling to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and schedule sales appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to introduce products or services and qualify leads.
- Handle objections, schedule appointments or demos for the sales team, and achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Accurately update CRM or call logs after each interaction.
- Collaborate with supervisors to refine scripts and improve calling strategies.
Required profile
- Strong spoken English with excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
- Proven cold‑calling or telesales experience with a record of meeting performance targets.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Johar Town and follow structured schedules.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or call‑management software and accurate data‑entry.
