Telesales Executive (Inbound Leads)

About the role

CoderzHunt is hiring an onsite Telesales Executive in Lahore (Johar Town R1) to handle inbound leads. The shift runs from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and the work mode is onsite only. The salary is a competitive base pay plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Contact every new lead within minutes by phone and WhatsApp
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right package
• Follow up consistently until the customer decides
• Share proposals and pricing, handle objections and close deals, coordinating payment confirmation
• Keep each lead updated in the CRM or lead sheet with status and notes
• Handle leads from Pakistan initially, expanding to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and scheduled UAE leads
• Occasionally meet customers in the local market when required
• Share weekly feedback on lead quality and common customer questions

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service or inside sales; freshers with excellent communication are welcome
• Fluent, confident Urdu; Punjabi and good English are a plus
• Fast and professional on WhatsApp, organized and disciplined about follow-ups
• Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets
• Professional presentation and customer-friendly attitude

Required skills

• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets or any CRM)
• Good English, as it becomes more important with international expansion
