About the role

JazzCash is seeking an Expert Public Sector Partnerships to lead growth and performance of its Public Sector Partnerships Department, managing government and INGO tenders and driving revenue through digital payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep knowledge of JazzCash products and use market research to drive growth.
• Act as the main liaison between regional, internal teams and public sector entities, promoting digital payment solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end preparation and submission of government and INGO tenders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Develop a pipeline of public sector clients and new verticals using strategy presentations and data‑driven interventions.
• Track and forecast partnership performance with dashboards and detailed reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, IT/CS, Project Management or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with public sector entities (preferred) and familiarity with Fintech/Banking sectors (advantage).
• Understanding of digital payment products such as Collections, Disbursements and Payment Gateway.

• Proficiency in technical writing.
• Strong business analytics and research abilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
