Expert Technology Solutions & Service Delivery Engineer

About the role

The Expert Technology Solutions & Service Delivery Engineer supports the development, integration, analytics, and technical onboarding of AI, digital and fintech solutions, ensuring technical readiness and successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications, analytical views, dashboards and technical solutions using Python, Node.js, MERN stack and related frameworks.
• Design, develop and integrate REST APIs, and create Python scripts for automation, data processing and reporting.
• Support ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion, transformation and pipeline development across multiple data sources.
• Work with big‑data technologies such as Apache Kafka, HDFS, Spark, Hive, vector databases and data lakes.
• Build analytical dashboards and visualisations using Tableau, Node.js and other tools.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end technical onboarding and implementation of digital products with internal teams, partners and vendors.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in software development, data engineering, analytics or digital technology delivery.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple technical workstreams and drive activities from requirement gathering to hand‑over.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science or a related field.
