Fabrication Supervisor

About the role

The Fabrication Supervisor will lead the daily operations of our on‑site fabrication shop in Kasur. Reporting to production management, you will coordinate scheduling, task assignment and workflow to ensure projects are completed on time, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule fabrication and welding activities to meet project deadlines.
• Assign tasks to shop personnel, monitor progress and adjust resources as needed.
• Inspect fabricated components and enforce quality and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and production planning teams to resolve technical issues.
• Train, coach and evaluate shop staff on best practices and safety compliance.
• Optimize material usage and maintain equipment readiness.
• Document production data, report performance metrics and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in steel‑structure or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in quality control, inspection and safety management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with production planning, workflow optimisation and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret steel fabrication drawings and basic engineering documents.
• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, fabrication or a related technical field is preferred.
