Facilities Maintenance Engineer (High-rise Buildings)

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team and manage building services for high‑rise commercial properties, hotels, and hospitals. The role involves overseeing civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure reliable operation and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues across civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimise breakdowns.
• Coordinate with external contractors, monitor performance, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, and assist in budgeting for maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering (BE/BTech).
• 5–7 years of experience in facility management for high‑rise commercial buildings, hotels, or hospitals.

What we offer

• Salary range 250,000–300,000 PKR.
