Facilities Manager – Lead Building Operations

About the role

Zameen.com is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential or commercial projects. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth building performance, managing vendor relationships, and acting as the primary liaison between developers, owners, and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Facility Management professionals.
• Coordinate with the project development team to ensure seamless handover from developer to customers.
• Engage third‑party resources for daily services and manage related contracts.
• Execute agreements between owners and the management company.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facility activities.
• Oversee building operations, including shift management and payroll for staff.
• Handle complaints, ensuring turnaround times meet SLA commitments.
• Facilitate unit owners’ affairs related to property management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in facility or property management.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Familiarity with vendor management and third‑party service contracts.
• Strong understanding of building operations and maintenance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including developers, owners, and service providers.
• Excellent documentation and record‑keeping habits.
• Comfortable working against SLAs and resolving complaints within defined timelines.
• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
