Faculty Member & Floor Incharge – IT Training Center

About the role

Aptech Computer Education is seeking a full‑time Faculty Member & Floor Incharge to join its Karachi campus. The role blends classroom teaching of IT subjects with day‑to‑day management of the training floor, ensuring a smooth, disciplined learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT courses (software development, databases, networking, hardware) through lectures and lab sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, assess student performance, and provide academic mentoring.
• Oversee daily operations on the training floor, monitor class schedules, and ensure labs and equipment are available and properly used.
• Coordinate with administration and technical support to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain discipline, address student concerns, and uphold institutional policies.
• Participate in curriculum updates, internal trainings, workshops, and institute events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching or training experience with lesson planning and student assessment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to balance teaching and floor‑management duties.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse learners.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Red Hat) are a plus.
