About the role

Omal is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Fashion Designer to join its Karachi team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s collections by blending traditional Pakistani aesthetics with contemporary trends.

Key responsibilities

• Create original apparel designs that reflect Omal’s modern yet culturally rooted style.
• Develop detailed embroidery patterns using both traditional and modern techniques.
• Select and source appropriate textiles to meet design and quality standards.
• Ensure garment fittings align with the brand’s aesthetic and quality expectations.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to turn concepts into finished garments.

Required profile

• Proficiency in fashion design principles and a strong creative flair.
• Experience in embroidery and textile work, covering both traditional and modern methods.
• Solid knowledge of garment fitting and construction techniques.
• Attention to detail and a keen sense of style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
