About the role

We are a newly launched luxury couture brand seeking a passionate Fashion Designer to help shape our identity from the ground up. This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore offers the chance to blend traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern sophistication and grow alongside the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and sketch innovative collections that reflect the brand’s fusion of Eastern heritage and contemporary style.
• Coordinate embroidery patterns and oversee intricate detailing throughout the design process.
• Supervise garment fittings to ensure flawless construction and finish.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to translate designs into high‑quality garments.
• Stay informed on market trends and adapt them to the brand’s aesthetic.
• Assist in creative direction, brand identity development, and product planning.

Required profile

• Proven proficiency in fashion design with a focus on Eastern‑inspired fusion pieces.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques and intricate detailing.
• Experience with textiles, fabric properties, and garment construction.
• Ability to supervise fittings and ensure premium quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field; luxury fashion experience is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
