Fashion Designer – Ladies Ready-to-Wear (Pret)

About the role

Ravi Apparel is launching its own Ladies Ready-to-Wear (Pret) brand and seeks a creative Fashion Designer to shape the brand’s identity and collections. Based in Lahore, you will work on-site, collaborating with product development, merchandising, branding and the upcoming eCommerce team.

Key responsibilities

• Design seasonal Ladies Ready-to-Wear collections from concept to production-ready tech packs.
• Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, prints and consumer preferences.
• Create mood boards, seasonal themes and detailed sketches.
• Select fabrics, trims, embellishments and define finishing details.
• Work closely with merchandising, sampling and production teams to ensure quality and design accuracy.
• Assist in planning seasonal launches, product assortments and digital merchandising for the eCommerce store.
• Monitor competitor brands and identify new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Creative and passionate about women’s fashion in the Pakistani market.
• Commercially aware with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven team player eager to grow with a start-up brand.
• Experience designing for brands similar to Sapphire, Nishat Linen or Khaadi.

Required skills

• Strong fashion portfolio showcasing Ready-to-Wear designs.
• Ability to produce technical drawings and comprehensive tech packs.
• Knowledge of fabric, trim and embellishment selection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
