About the role
The Telecaller will be the voice of A.A Joyland, interacting with customers via phone to provide information, resolve queries and promote the company’s entertainment and leisure offerings. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Karachi East District and focuses on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering questions and offering relevant solutions.
- Promote A.A Joyland’s services and special offers during conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues and report key insights to the team leader.
- Meet daily call targets and quality standards.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Urdu.
- Strong listening skills and ability to provide clear, helpful information.
- Organised, able to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service or a call‑center environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
