Field-Based Sales Executive – Pharma & Nutraceutical

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to expand Mend Skincare’s presence in the Islamabad-Rawalpindi market. The role is field-based, requiring regular visits to pharmacies, skin clinics and retail outlets to promote our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product range.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new retail outlets, pharmacies and skin clinics in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, dermatologists and store managers.
• Educate healthcare professionals and retail staff on product benefits and proper usage.
• Drive B2B sales, manage existing retail relationships and meet monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, manage territory coverage and report on market activity.

Required profile

• 23 years proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sector.
• Deep knowledge of the pharmacy and retail landscape in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
• Own transport for daily field visits.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 40,000 – PKR 100,000 per month, plus uncapped performance-based commissions.
