Field Marketing Officer (Sales) - Pharmaceuticals

About the role

Bayer is hiring a Field Marketing Officer (Sales) for its pharmaceutical division in Karachi, Pakistan. The main purpose of the role is to implement sales and promotion strategies and achieve management targets, such as increasing market share and product growth in the relevant markets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for assigned brands.
• Plan, orchestrate and execute HCP engagements aligned with the Multi Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP), using tailored patient-focused interactions based on HCP needs and priorities.
• Report customer engagement activities in Veeva CRM and use its functionality to improve customer interaction.
• Monitor and communicate competitor activity to managers so they can understand market dynamics and plan countermeasures.
• Organise regular scientific updates such as CME and scientific meetings for HCP groups in line with marketing strategy.
• Keep up with medical and clinical knowledge, brand strategy, competitive landscape and standard platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on MCCP strategies and identify new business sources.
• Comply with local regulations, industry and company policies and the code of conduct.

Required profile

• Science graduate; pharmacist preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Motivated, adaptable and collaborative, with accountability and a focus on co-creating for customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Veeva CRM use and reporting.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
