Field Medical Advisor – Lahore/Islamabad

About the role

The Field Medical Advisor will act as a field‑based medical affairs partner, delivering scientific expertise for Pfizer’s therapeutic portfolio in Lahore and Islamabad. You will engage health‑care professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to communicate approved medical information and gather insights that shape product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive medical communication, including disease‑state, clinical, real‑world evidence, and health‑economics data.
• Organise and lead medical meetings and educational sessions with KOLs and HCPs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of therapeutic area literature and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain a KOL database and support speaker development initiatives.
• Facilitate advisory boards and other insight‑gathering activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Medical, Marketing, Market Access, etc.) to align on medical strategies and compliance.
• Train commercial teams on disease fundamentals, clinical trials, and product information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related health‑care field (MBBS preferred).
• Prior medical or relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical affairs processes and regulatory compliance.
