Field Sales Executive

About the role

PEPINA, a food and beverage company specializing in sugar‑free products, is seeking a Field Sales Executive to expand its market presence in Karachi. The role focuses on building relationships with retailers, securing orders, and driving product availability across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Present PEPINA’s sugar‑free product range to store owners and purchasing teams, clearly communicating product benefits.
• Identify sales opportunities, obtain orders, and work toward agreed monthly targets.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Monitor product visibility, pricing, stock levels, and competitor activity in assigned locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, merchandising, and customer follow‑up.
• Maintain organized records of visits, leads, orders, and market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience or demonstrated ability in field sales, retail sales, FMCG, food & beverage, or customer‑facing business development.
• Strong prospecting, product presentation, negotiation, and order‑closing skills.
• Ability to plan daily visits, manage a territory, and consistently follow up with customers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office and mobile sales‑reporting tools.
