Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will work full‑time in a hybrid setting, primarily based in Faisalabad. The role involves visiting retail outlets and potential partners to promote Dari Mooch grooming products, secure orders and maintain strong relationships with distributors and store owners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales routes, conduct market visits and collect feedback from retailers.
• Achieve sales targets, monitor product visibility and availability, and carry out promotional activities in the assigned territory.
• Prepare simple sales reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and merchandising support.

Required profile

• Strong field sales skills with experience in territory management, customer relationship building and basic negotiation.
• Effective communication in local languages and English, self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Required skills

• Basic reporting and organizational abilities for maintaining sales records and tracking targets.
• Ability to plan and execute in‑store promotions, product displays and merchandising activities.
