Field Sales Executive - Real Estate Agency Portfolios

About the role
A results-driven professional is sought to manage real estate agency portfolios, drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships within the assigned area.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow agency accounts
- Conduct client visits, product demos and close deals
- Achieve regional revenue targets
- Onboard new clients and revive inactive accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track KPIs through the CRM and ensure strong client engagement
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (Business or related field)
- 2-3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG or Pharma industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- CRM usage
