Finance & Business Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Business Operations Manager to act as the single point of contact for financial management across Microsoft Global Support’s AV & Hub LCR portfolio. The role will own end‑to‑end forecasting, purchase‑to‑pay compliance and executive reporting, ensuring budgets, cash‑flow and variance are tightly controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC between Microsoft stakeholders and the supplier on all LCR financial and operational matters, handling queries, decisions and escalations.
• Collect, challenge and consolidate forecasting inputs from regional project managers, reconcile them in portfolio tools and maintain a rolling global forecast with clear risk indicators.
• Produce and publish a single global LCR forecasting report and executive packs for weekly, MBR and QBR forums, ensuring data lineage and version control.
• Manage the purchase‑order lifecycle using Microsoft tools (AVFMT, MyOrder, MSInvoice), including forecasted volumes, delivery confirmation, invoice readiness and close‑out.
• Drive invoicing timeliness and governance with the supplier’s PMO, monitor accruals and coordinate notifications.
• Maintain data integrity across OnePlan and AVFMT, implementing checks to eliminate duplicates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations within a large‑scale technology or services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and governance.
