Finance Executive – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

The Finance Executive will join General Solutions Contracting Company on‑site in Pakistan, supporting the finance function across all business units. This full‑time position focuses on preparing and analysing financial statements, managing reporting, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations while providing actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and present accurate financial statements.
• Manage periodic financial reporting and ensure adherence to GST regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver financial insights and support decision‑making.
• Conduct financial analysis, monitor budgets and track variances.
• Assist in financial planning, forecasting and strategic decision processes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial statements and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in a financial context.
• Comprehensive knowledge of finance principles and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar finance role is preferred.
