Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially strong and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and control for our operations in Pakistan. The role will ensure accurate financial statements, compliance with regulations and support cost‑effective decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual statements
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial plans
• Track and analyse costs, variances and profitability across operations
• Ensure timely accounting, reconciliations and financial closures
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and performance indicators
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, tax requirements and company policies
• Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Partner with operations teams to provide financial insights for decision‑making
• Implement financial controls, governance frameworks and process improvements
• Oversee invoicing, billing, collections and vendor payments
• Maintain financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial management
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting and cost control
• Good understanding of financial regulations, compliance and audit processes
• Experience in facilities management, construction or services industry is preferred
• Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to work closely with operations and drive financial discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent) preferred
