Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to take ownership of monthly reporting and financial oversight across our portfolio of companies. The role will involve close collaboration with founders and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely financial information for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, chase, validate and challenge monthly financial statements from portfolio companies.
• Design and maintain Excel dashboards covering profit & loss, cash flow and key performance indicators for management review.
• Monitor each company’s audit schedule, follow through to completion and compare audited statements with internal management accounts.
• Reconcile reported financials, identify gaps and flag inconsistencies early.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in finance or FP&A, with at least 3 years in FMCG (food & beverage a plus).
• Audit background, preferably Big 4 or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow‑up with busy founders for data.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel – building dashboards, financial models and clean data structures.
