Finance & Tax Executive

About the role

Truck It In (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance & Tax Executive to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong bookkeeping abilities, hands‑on reconciliation experience, and solid knowledge of local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, payroll, and adjustments, while managing the general ledger.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, analyze variances, and support cash‑flow monitoring.
• Reconcile vendor, customer, and intercompany accounts to ensure financial integrity.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns (income, sales, withholding) with timely and accurate calculations.
• Handle withholding tax deductions, deposits, and reporting; assist with tax notices, audits, and communication with authorities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including management reports, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.
• Part‑qualified CA/ACCA or MBA in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Sound knowledge of local tax laws and statutory compliance.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines independently.
