Operations Accountant – Vendor Reconciliation & Tax

About the role

DSV is looking for an Operations Accountant to manage vendor reconciliations, expense booking and tax‑compliant payments. You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely processing of invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor statements and match outstanding amounts.
• Book operating expenses and vendor bills, following up with relevant teams for monthly accuracy.
• Verify invoices are correctly booked and approved before payment processing.
• Process payments in line with tax laws and regulations.
• Obtain sales‑tax annexures from vendors for input tax purposes.
• Create payment batches after validating uploaded data.
• Prepare weekly withholding statements and support quarterly tax filings.
• Coordinate with operations to clear pending invoices before month‑end closing.
• Verify and process new supplier and customer account requests via the Master Data portal.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role (preferably female).
• Graduated in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
