Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our global finance team in Karachi. The role combines accounting, financial analysis, process improvement, and M&A integration support within an acquisition‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute month‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable activities for assigned entities.
• Review and maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations and support audit processes.
• Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and ad‑hoc analyses for business stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and technology solutions.

Required profile

• Strong motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with month‑end close, GL, AP, AR, and balance‑sheet reconciliation.
• Ability to support audit processes and internal controls.
