Financial Auditor – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance team in Islamabad. The role involves delivering high‑quality external audit services across various industries while ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISAs and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform external audit assignments in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
• Assist in planning, executing and completing audit engagements within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and review audit working papers and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Prepare financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for operational and financial improvement.
• Conduct substantive and analytical audit procedures and verify financial records.
• Identify audit findings, control weaknesses and reporting issues, and communicate them to the Audit Manager.
• Coordinate with client personnel to obtain required information and resolve audit queries.
• Assist in drafting audit reports, management letters and other engagement deliverables.

Required profile

• ACCA or CA Inter qualification.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in external audit, preferably with a reputable accounting or audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISAs.
• Understanding of internal control systems and audit evidence requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
