Finishing Site Supervisor

About the role

The Finishing Site Supervisor oversees all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring work meets quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. This role coordinates closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on‑site finishing tasks, guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of any challenges and resolutions.
• Allocate resources efficiently to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Lead team meetings to discuss status, upcoming tasks, and potential obstacles.
• Provide guidance and support to the finishing crew, clarifying roles and responsibilities.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience as a Finishing Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using construction management software.
