Foreign Correspondent

About the role

Candino Group of Industries, a manufacturer of safety gloves based in Sialkot, Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Foreign Correspondent. The role manages communication with international clients under the supervision of the director.

Key responsibilities

• Handle correspondence with customers under the director's supervision.
• Keep records of all customer emails in separate files.
• Liaise with foreign customers and coordinate with the production department.
• Communicate with foreign buyers to understand their requirements and provide support.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the above duties.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in email communication tools and other relevant software.
• ERP experience.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
