Associate Area Manager

About the role

foodpanda is seeking an Associate Area Manager to lead vendor onboarding and support across multiple locations in Sialkot. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth vendor journey and drive commercial performance on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with vendors, deliver tailored onboarding training, and provide ongoing support.
• Onboard shops and restaurants across the city, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.
• Collaborate with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content teams to meet operational requirements.
• Research accounts, identify decision‑makers, and generate interest in foodpanda.
• Oversee newly onboarded vendors, driving operational excellence and commercial performance.
• Develop vendors post‑acquisition, supporting incubation and maximizing their potential.
• Manage and resolve vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Visit field locations daily to ensure proper onboarding of targeted shops.
• Maintain logs and update inventory records in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in e‑commerce or FMCG sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills.
