About the role

CodeNinja is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to accelerate the delivery of production‑grade AI‑enabled software directly within customer environments. You will translate real‑world operational challenges into scalable systems that generate measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct observational discovery with operators and domain experts to capture workflow nuances.
• Transform fragmented business processes into robust data models and production‑ready applications.
• Build and ship software solutions on‑site using CodeNinja’s Hyper scaffolding and internal tooling.
• Identify recurring implementation patterns and collaborate with internal teams to create reusable platform capabilities.
• Own customer outcomes, drive system adoption, and monitor operational impact.
• Iterate deployments based on live usage data and direct user feedback.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in software engineering or production system development.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
