Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a leading global IT services firm on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, configure, and scale AI solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and high adoption rates.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future roll‑outs.
• Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation.
