Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely with enterprise customers, deploying and integrating AI solutions at scale. The role bridges product engineering and client implementation, ensuring seamless adoption of cutting‑edge machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and scale AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot production issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for deployed systems.
• Provide technical leadership through customer training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Python programming
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
