Freelance Business Development Manager – B2B Sales Specialist

About the role

NSA Digital is looking for a remote Freelance Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales in the Pakistani market. You will generate qualified leads, pitch digital marketing and web development services, and close deals while maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify online leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Facebook Groups and local directories.
• Pitch and sell digital marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress and e‑commerce solutions.
• Negotiate terms, handle objections and close contracts.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales milestones while working independently.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and closing experience in an agency or digital services environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Ability to work full‑time remotely with a reliable laptop and high‑speed internet.
