Freelance HSE Trainer

About the role

TUV Austria BIC is seeking a Freelance HSE Trainer to deliver on‑site health, safety and environmental training for clients across Sindh, Pakistan. The role involves designing, updating and delivering training programmes that align with ISO standards, local regulations and client‑specific needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refresh HSE training materials, case studies and practical exercises.
• Conduct classroom and hands‑on training sessions for oil & gas, construction and power sector personnel.
• Assess participant learning through evaluations, feedback and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate training records and provide recommendations to improve HSE culture.
• Coordinate training schedules with client sites and tailor content to industry requirements.
• Report training outcomes to TUV Austria BIC’s HSE and training management teams.
• Collaborate with technical and inspection teams to integrate training with broader quality and HSE initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering HSE courses to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, local safety legislation and best practices for high‑risk sectors.
• Expertise in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent written documentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical ability to conduct training needs analyses and prepare detailed reports.
