Front Desk Officer – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact at Safa Fitness Club, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving membership sales. You will greet members and visitors, answer inquiries, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while handling payments and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors warmly, manage check‑ins, and respond to basic inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and provide information on memberships, classes, and club services.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and uphold club policies.
• Present membership plans, deliver sales pitches, and convert walk‑in prospects into paid members.
• Process registrations, renewals, and payments (cash, card, digital) accurately and issue receipts.
• Enter new member details and sales transactions into the club software, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager on pending leads when required.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2‑3+ years experience in front‑desk, customer service, or sales (gym/fitness experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confident, polite, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Neat appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with POS software.
• Familiarity with membership management software.
