Business Development Officer

About the role

Suntrix is seeking a full‑time Business Development Officer to work on‑site in Islamabad. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales strategy development to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare financial and business proposals and present them to prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.
• Attend meetings, respond to client inquiries, and ensure high‑quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Track performance metrics, report on pipeline activity, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and support strategic decisions.
• Effective communication skills for presentations, negotiations and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with basic CRM tools.
