Front Desk Officer – Hotel Front Office

People Perfect is seeking a professional, guest‑focused Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations for a hotel in Lahore. The role involves handling check‑ins and check‑outs, responding to guest inquiries, processing reservations and maintaining accurate front desk records to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage smooth guest check‑in and check‑out processes, verify identification, process payments and maintain billing records.
• Operate eZee PMS software for reservations, room status updates, guest profiles and other front desk functions.
• Welcome guests, provide property orientation and escort them to their suites.
• Handle guest queries, complaints and service requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate suite readiness, room handovers, luggage storage and special guest requirements.
• Promote suite upgrades, hotel facilities and additional services to increase revenue.
• Assist with VIP guest handling, special events and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in front desk operations, guest services or hotel reception.
• Experience with PMS software, preferably eZee PMS, is an advantage.
• Prior experience in luxury hotels, serviced apartments or boutique properties preferred.
