About the role
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors, candidates and vendors at Tajir’s office. This role involves managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, and providing basic administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and guide visitors, candidates, and vendors.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Answer, forward, and log phone calls professionally.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist the HR team.
- Handle mail, correspondence, and inter‑department communications.
- Monitor and restock front‑desk supplies.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in office management.
- Minimum intermediate qualification.
- Strong Urdu communication skills and good English comprehension.
- Presentable and confident in a front‑facing role.
- Comfortable working in a mixed‑gender environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, Google Docs, WhatsApp, scanning/printing).
