Front Desk Officer

About the role

Safa Fitness Club, a health, fitness and wellness centre in Islamabad, is hiring a Front Desk Officer for a full-time, on-site position. The officer welcomes members and visitors, manages check-ins and check-outs, answers calls and responds to inquiries, and keeps front desk operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and give accurate information on services, schedules and membership options
• Handle appointment bookings, class registrations and payments
• Maintain organized records and coordinate with trainers and other staff
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy and address member concerns promptly and professionally

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality or customer-facing role; fitness or wellness experience is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a friendly, supportive attitude
• Ability to stay organized, manage several tasks and keep attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable and punctual work habits

Required skills

• Receptionist duties: handling calls, greeting guests and managing appointments
• Office administration and record keeping
• Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, POS systems, printers and phone systems
• English and Urdu communication, with basic computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling or CRM software)
