About the role

It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Consultant based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The consultant analyzes business operations, develops actionable strategies and drives process improvements, working closely with clients to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and provide tailored management consulting
• Conduct assessments and develop actionable strategies
• Offer financial insights and help create budgets
• Foster effective communication to align stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in consulting and management consulting, including delivering strategic recommendations and operational improvements
• Excellent communication skills, able to present findings clearly and persuasively
• Foundational knowledge of finance, including analyzing financial data and contributing to financial decisions
