About the role
We are seeking a confident, well‑groomed Front Desk Officer who will also manage our social media presence, ensuring a premium experience for clients and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments.
- Coordinate client meetings with relevant departments.
- Maintain front‑desk operations and visitor records.
- Handle social media activities as required.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a welcoming personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Previous front‑desk or customer‑service experience preferred.
