Front Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident, motivated and target‑oriented Front Sales Executive to join Keach Technologies in Karachi. The role focuses on handling incoming leads, understanding client needs and presenting a range of digital marketing services to convert prospects into clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels.
• Analyse client requirements, business objectives and marketing needs.
• Present and pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Development and Lead Generation.
• Qualify prospects based on budget and business potential, and prepare basic proposals and quotations.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings and online presentations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines and follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑up and conversions in the CRM system and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing or IT agency.
• Strong English communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven negotiation, persuasion and client‑handling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Target‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a sales‑driven environment.
