Frontend Architect – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Architect to join a global AI platform on a remote, contract basis. You will design and deliver high‑performance web interfaces while collaborating with backend engineers to ensure seamless user experiences across finance, healthcare, and engineering domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise responsive frontend solutions using React, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Node.js services and APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).
• Contribute to backend codebases when needed, including Python, Java, or .NET components.
• Maintain code quality, performance, and scalability across the full stack.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions within a distributed team.
• Translate complex business and domain requirements into concrete technical implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces with React, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of backend development using Node.js and API design.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
• Comfortable working remotely in an asynchronous, distributed environment.
