About the role

A full-time, on-site Full-Stack Engineer position in Islamabad. The engineer owns features end-to-end, from database schema to pixel-perfect UI, building scalable back-end services and front-end experiences for AI products.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints serving web and mobile clients.
Build responsive, performant web apps with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
Architect and maintain PostgreSQL / MongoDB schemas, indexes and migrations.
Write reusable back-end services in Node.js or Python (FastAPI / Django).
Add observability instrumentation: metrics, traces and structured logs.
Work with product managers and designers to turn specs into shipped features.
Own deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions) and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP).

Required profile

Strong proficiency in React + Next.js and one major back-end framework (Node.js, Python or Go).
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, authentication (JWT, OAuth) and API security.
Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD and cloud deployments.

Nice-to-have

Microservices and message queues (Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ).
Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
AI/ML integration experience (LLM endpoints, vector DBs).
