Full Stack Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join a leading AI training and evaluation company on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable back‑end and full‑stack applications that support cutting‑edge AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable back‑end and full‑stack applications using Python, Rust, Go, Java or Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code following software‑engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise existing codebases to improve performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and architectural planning.

Required profile

• Proficiency in at least one of the listed programming languages and experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong understanding of software‑engineering principles such as clean code, testing and version control.
• Experience designing and optimising scalable back‑end systems and APIs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, distributed team.
• Prior experience in software development or a related technical field.
