About the role

We are looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced babysitter to join a family household near Bahria Town, Lahore. The role is full‑time and focuses on providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children while supporting their educational and emotional development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision in a safe, supportive setting.
• Assist children with classwork, homework, and learning activities.
• Maintain a structured daily routine, including meals, naps, and hygiene.
• Prepare or help with meals, encouraging healthy eating habits.
• Teach good manners, etiquette, and positive behavior.
• Guide children in offering Namaz and learning Islamic values.
• Plan and lead creative, educational, and recreational activities.
• Keep play and learning areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate daily progress and any concerns to the family.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a babysitter, childcare provider, or daycare teacher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and respond appropriately in emergencies.
