Full‑time On‑site Coach

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Coach to join our team in Sāhīwāl. The Coach will work directly with clients to set clear goals, develop relevant skills, and improve overall performance. This role involves both individual and group sessions and requires ongoing monitoring and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions.
• Assess client needs and create tailored development plans.
• Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other staff on program design and delivery.
• Participate in regular training to stay current with coaching best practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and support individuals or teams toward defined goals.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience planning sessions, setting measurable objectives, and tracking progress.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold confidentiality.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple clients and follow‑ups.
• Comfort working on‑site in Sāhīwāl and collaborating in a structured, team‑based environment.
• Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, teaching, counseling, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Relevant certification or training in coaching, education, psychology, sports science, or a similar discipline is an advantage.
