Functional Consultant (Odoo)

About the role

The Functional Consultant will bridge business needs with Odoo ERP functionality, ensuring successful implementations and long‑term client satisfaction. You will work independently to design, configure, and support Odoo solutions that drive efficient project delivery and scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.) based on business requirements.
• Manage functional project delivery and provide day‑to‑day system support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Deliver user training sessions and create functional documentation.
• Serve as the primary functional contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Specialist.
• Strong understanding of core Odoo modules and ability to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Proven experience in project delivery, user support, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and training.
