About the role
Point is seeking a proactive Functional Support Specialist to join its Systems team. You will be the first point of contact for internal users and supplier management teams, ensuring smooth operation of multiple business platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to users across group business platforms.
- Manage and resolve system‑related queries within service‑management guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Functional Support Team Lead.
- Capture and maintain accurate data for new client implementations.
- Configure and maintain group business platforms.
- Assist with deployment of new features, updates, and change‑management processes.
- Create and maintain process documentation and training material.
- Support minor system customisations and settings adjustments.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or customer‑service roles.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira or Freshdesk.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM or other business platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
